Order Tracking
As soon as your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or Email. You can use this ID on our courier partner's website to monitor your delivery status safely.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
For your peace of mind, we offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please ensure the parcel seal is intact upon delivery before making the payment to the rider.

Exchange Window
You may request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your order. Once this 14-day window has passed, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a successful return or exchange, your jewellery piece must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
- In its original luxury packaging with all Zewariya tags completely intact.
- Accompanied by the original proof of purchase or digital order receipt.
Courier & Shipping Charges
Please note that customers are responsible for paying their own courier costs for returning or exchanging items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included in refunds.
