Return & Exchange Policy
At Zewariya, we take immense pride in our fine craftsmanship. If you are not perfectly satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.
Exchange Window
You may request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your order. Once this 14-day window has passed, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a successful return or exchange, your jewellery piece must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
- In its original luxury packaging with all Zewariya tags completely intact.
- Accompanied by the original proof of purchase or digital order receipt.
Courier & Shipping Charges
Please note that customers are responsible for paying their own courier costs for returning or exchanging items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included in refunds.
Non-Refundable Items (Sales)
Items purchased during any Sale, Promotion, Flash Discount, or Clearance event are strictly not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please choose carefully during sale periods.
